"It's impossible to have this conversation without getting, ETHICS and MORALITY, involved."

"The extent to which Piracy hurts game sales, maybe debatable, but there's no question that Piracy has a considerable impact on this industry."

"Game Stop's closed? Your local torrent service isn't"

"Free of charge is already a pretty hard offer to compete with, so? why give them more of an advantage by insuring they give a better service too."

To Consumers
"It's easy to feel accused when these discussion come up, even when you aren't guilty of piracy yourself, it's easy to feel like someones pointing a finger at you."

"There is only one legitimated reason to pirate a game, when you literally can not buy the game"

"But in the end, if we are still pirating the game to play it, these render all of those arguments meaningless because the game is still worth playing despite the flaws."

The Bill would also allow them to bring down websites if users uploaded content that wasn't there's, thus enforcing a dictator like approach on all websites and what users can and can't not submit in terms of content.
